I had a wonderful time on the Radio Naba show Augsne, where we delved into the fascinating world of microrayons. Together with hosts Anete Ušča, Liāna Ivete Žilde, and urban researcher Kamilla Kūna, we discussed whether these utopian projects, designed by Latvian architects, align with the broader trends of 20th-century modernist architecture. We also explored what the future might hold for these areas and how residents can participate in shaping their environment. You can listen to the full conversation here!
